健康増進
・護身を主に学習します。(練習内容については,相談に応じます。)


気功(立禅)と太極拳100勢(動禅)を認定試験を実施しながら進めます。技の解説はもちろんのこと希望者は技の応用方法(護身術)も学習できます。

○気功と太極拳は,気の流れをスムーズにし,五臓六腑の機能を高めます。そのため自然治癒力が高まり,ホルモンなどの内分泌を盛んにし,新陳代謝を活発にして,病気の予防と同時に病気回復にも大きな効果を発揮します。足腰の筋力を高め,「気・血」の流れをよくするので腰痛や肩こり,身体不調への予防にもなります。毎日を張りのある生活が送られるようになります。


○太極拳は,内家拳法のため筋肉や心臓などへの過度で過激な負担を与えません。老若男女誰にでもできる拳法の所以です。少人数なので個人個人の体力,精神力,年齢に応じて練習ができます。

少人数指導のため,入会のご希望に添えない場合もあります。

②学習形態について
一単位時間(1時間15分)の人数は,一人から二人ぐらいで行っています。

Meditation (Chi Kung=Qi Gong).
What is Chi?
It is the essential energy to body and life. CMCK include meditation and opens the meridians to
increases the circulation of chi. This will result in increased internal power. Meditation has four kind of
methods, moving, standing, sitting and laying down. Tai Chi Chuan is the method for training moving
meditation. The chan chuang is the method for training standing meditation. CMCK incorporates sets of
non-moving meditation postures which help to calm the mind and  lengthen the breathing. Each posture
in chan chuang coordinates with an internal organ and its related meridian. The CM system teaches
three forms of chan chuang. The first form focuses on the five main internal organs of the body.
There are the heart, liver, spleen, kidneys and lungs. The second form focuses on the eight extra
meridians. The third form focuses on the twelve major meridians. Practicing CMCK forms improves
concentration of mental and physical strength.
They are as follows:
1)Treatment of Chronic Illnesses(lower back pain, stiff neck etc)
2)Increased motivating to work hard and enjoy life.
3)Increased Fighting Skills.


Standing meditation of bending knees works hard the functioning of the heart and lungs.  Thigh muscles are the biggest muscles of human body.  And they need much air by bending knees.  Blood circulation of whole body increase and bodies sweat and generate of heat.  The blood goes out from
heart, comes back to heart.  As mentioned above the first form focuses on the five main internal
organs of the body.  There are the heart, liver, spleen, kidneys and lungs.  At that time Chi circulation of whole body increase, too.  The Chi goes out from internal organs, comes back to
internal organs.
By first form the autonomous nervous system balance very well.

That is the spontaneous cure competence and an immunity resistant competence increase. 

In oriental medicine it is said that the health is good balance of chi, blood and body fluid each other. This Chan Chuang makes good balance of chi, blood and body fluid each other. 

What is Chi power? (as fighting skill)

Master Ozawa talked me his experience before as follows:
What is “Chi”?  What is “Chi Power”?  I asked Master Wang Fu Lai please you hit me.  I
wanted to try out the release internal power.  The first time when he hit the body, I felt my
body was drilled through (about 3 centimeters hole).  I asked MWF please once again.  This
time I dag my foot into the floor but I knocked flying about 5 meters distance.  It was very
strange and not understanding for me.  I asked MWF please once more, but MWF told me
that it is very dangerous, it is no good for your internal organs, that is all.
Two months later I had a dull pain chest and continued a dull pain for three years.


Joyful messages from students

Cheng Ming Tai Chi Chuan is not dancing but very formidable martial arts, isn’t it?
There is more to it than meets the eye. It is completely different from Tai Chi Chuan that
I practiced before.

Effective in dieting

1.    When I underwent a medical examination, my waist was about 10 centimeters short after practicing Tai Chi Chuan one month. At that time nurse was very surprised checking my waist by measure.

2.    When I joined Tai Chi Chuan class, I didn't sweat at all. One month later I become to sweat, it is quite effective.

3.    The student talked to me as soon as she arrived at my dojo, “Mochizuki Sensei please look at my pants.  This pants can be worn what the pants couldn’t be worn before.”

4.    As I increased Tai Chi Chuan training, I can wear it that my favorite pants couldn’t be worn in wardrobe.

5.    My appetite will improve, and I can enjoy eating more. Fortunately my weight is same as it was.

Muscle strengthening exercise

1.    I sit long time on the chair, but I am not pain my lower back.

2.    These days my lower back pain is getting so good.

3.    I couldn't lift up my bike on the step before, but recently I can do it.  My leg muscles become strong.

4.    As Tai Chi Chuan straightens up my back, posture becomes so good.

5.    As knee pain is getting better, I realize my leg muscles become strong.

Improvement of flexibility

1.     I have good posture and become a supple hip joint than before.

2.     When I bent forward, I couldn't touch my fingertips on the floor, but now I am      surprised to be able to touch my palm of hands on the floor.

3.     I was very surprised that my hip joint was supple before I knew it, I could put my foot on the highest height bar of wall bar. Besides, I live in healthy life that I don't suffer from the summer heat.

4.     As my having become supple hip joint one day, I showed it to Mochizuki Sensei and
Ezawa Sensei at once. Besides, I could kick high level, two teachers were glad to see my kicking form.

5.     My hip joint was supple before I knew it . I could put my foot on the middle height bar and touch my both hands to the wall bar. My next aim of lesson is high kicking slowly.

6.     I teach my family and friends stretching exercises that Mochizuki Sensei teaches us.  As they are very good feeling (relaxation of muscles), they are really popular with.

Disease prevention, Stress Relief, Attention to work, Motivation to work etc.

1.    The blood sugar level went down only one month Tai Chi practicing. Unbelievable!

2.    I am happy to change my life to practicing Tai Chi Chuan.

3.    I am not sick at all.

4.    I enjoy my life because I recover from chronic illness (poor circulation and stiff neck).

5.    I don't have a spasm of coughing, having fair skin and looking healthy.

6.    After a lung operation in hospital, I recovered very quickly. Doctors and nurses were surprised and leaned their head to one side. I released from hospital faster than ordinary patients. By the way I trained Chi Kung(Standing meditation) covering curtain around my bed.

7.    I get up early every morning, after training Tai Chi Chuan, I go to work. I find more challenge in my work than I used to and I can work intensively. I'm looking forward to training every Tai Chi Chuan class.

8.    After Tai Chi Chuan class I can sleep very well and next morning I feel refreshed very much.

9.    Recently my appetite has increased, but I am so happy that weight is as same as ever.

10.   I can't learn Tai Chi Chuan well, but I'm looking forward to waiting every lesson.

11.   It is very good for getting rid of my stress.

12.   I had frostbites on my feet every winter before, but now I have not.

13.  Since I begin to learn Tai Chi Chuan, I can check my physical condition and lifestyle habit (walking posture, sitting posture and stretching in the bath tab etc.)by myself.  So my stomach and intestines are getting better.

14.  Blood pressure fell soon.

 

I have experienced many kinds of healthy sport method before, I have just met natural breathing Tai Chi Chuan at last. I am convinced that Cheng Ming Tai Chi Chuan is in my life healthy method.

                                      Unexpected effects of Tai Chi Chuan

I have received Tai Chi Chuan lessons from Director Mochizuki at Fuchukan  since last October. I have never continuously taken exercise so far in my life. So my body has been getting stiff year by year and I was thinking that I had to do something to avoid the worse physical condition. At that time last October, my wife knew Director Mochizuki by chance and I and my wife decided to start having Tai Chi Chuan lessons.

Since then, we had lessons once a week and the first goal was to attend the Annual Demonstration last February. Now we got the certificate of the first section of Tai Chi Chuan performances. There are so many performances to learn and each of them is very deep and sophisticated, so we decided to take them slowly and steadily.

Besides that, I will report the unexpected effects of Tai Chi Chuan from our half year experience. I felt numbness on my left leg after keeping the same standing posture during these 2 years. So I put 8 to 10 small germanium pellets on my leg to avoid the numbness. After having lessons for about 2 months, I did not feel numbness anymore and I did not use germanium pellet for about 3 months. I think the stiff muscle of my leg was getting suppler by doing the performance of Tai Chi Chuan.

My wife had some troubles in every winter. She felt cold in her whole body in that season and she felt cold in her hands soon after she touched the cold thing. She could not sleep well in winter season’s night without using a hot-water bottle. These were so called the conditions of poor blood circulation. In this winter about 2 or 3 months later after she started Tai Chi Chuan, she did not feel cold and she could sleep well without using a hot-water bottle.

Moreover, because I felt hungry all the time after being in March and I got slim around my waist, I thought that I must have got sick such as diabetes. So I went to the doctor soon and got the blood check. The result was that my blood condition was very well and both the blood sugar level and the neutral fat level were becoming lower comparing to the level of those which checked in the last complete medical checkup about one year ago. The insulin level and the timorous marker level were also under the standard.

As I mentioned the above, our health conditions were getting better and my body was getting slim and becoming suppler. We are very much pleased with the unexpected effects in last half year after we started Tai Chi Chuan.
